a user of PowerCrew (“PowerCrew”,
“Application”, “Service”) about the informations Levitas
Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), as the Application developer, collects, how
that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and Your options
about such use and disclosure. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is
subject to, the Application’s Terms of Use. We shall not collect, use or share Your informations except as described in this Privacy
Policy.
BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE
SERVICES, YOU:
(1) AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND GIVE AN EXPLICIT AND INFORMED CONSENT TO
THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY,
(2) WARRANT AND GUARANTEE THAT YOU ARE OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE (OR EQUIVALENT AGE
CONSIDERED TO BE A MINOR IN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE) AS THIS APPLICATION IS
INTENDED TO BE USED EXCLUSIVLY BY PROFESSIONALS.

YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE
SERVICES.

are advised to check our Service occasionally to inform Yourself of any
changes. We will notify You of any changes by posting
the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately
after they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after
changes have been posted to the Privacy Policy will constitute Your acceptance of such changes.
What kind of
information do we collect?
We may

Information”), and other information that does not identify You (“Non-personal
data”), as listed below.
Information You provide
You may
provide personal information like (but not limited to) name, age, id, employer,
position or email. We may collect and store the abovementioned information when
You provide it to us in order to use the Service or in some other manner, for
example by corresponding with us (by email or chat, for instance) when You
report a problem with the Service or when You subscribe to any of our services,
or search for a service.
Note: Information about
a third party
When You provide us with information about a third party, You
must have the consent of that third party before providing us with that
information. By providing us with information regarding a third party You warrant that You have their permission to provide that
information to us. This information will be processed exclusively in the
purpose of maintaining and enhancing the Service and will be destroyed after a
reasonable period of time.
Information collected
automatically
Device and
Usage Information that may include information specific to Your mobile device
(e.g., model, operating system, mobile device id (similar to a website IP
address); information about Your logging in, use of features, functions, or
notifications on the device. We also collect and use Your Google Advertising ID
(AAID) to recognize Your device and support
advertising activities on our Services. These number values are not permanently
tied to Your device and, depending on Your operating
system, You can reset it through Your device settings.
Cookies. A
cookie is a small amount of data stored on Your device
used as an anonymous unique identifier. Please note that cookies commonly do
not contain personal information. This Service does not use these cookies
explicitly.
Non-personal data
The types of
non-personal data PowerCrew may collect and use
include, but are not limited to: application properties, including, but not
limited to application name, package name and icon installed on your device.
The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the
choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and
features you use. The data we collect can include SDK/API/JS code version,
browser, Internet service provider, IP address, platform, timestamp,
application identifier, application version, application distribution channel,
independent deice identifier, Android ad master identifier, network card (MAC)
address, and international mobile device identification code (IMEI) The
equipment model, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating
system version, the session start / stop time, the location of the language,
the time zone and the network state (Wi-Fi and so on), the CPU, and the battery use, etc.
PowerCrew may use and disclose to PowerCrew's
partners and contractors the collected non-personal data for purposes of
analyzing usage of the Services, investigate, prevent or take action regarding
unauthorized use of the services to further develop the Services and other PowerCrew services and products.
Use of Personal
Information
"Personal Information" means personally identifiable
information that specifically identifies you as an individual.
Personal information collected by PowerCrew is
information voluntarily provided to us by you when you setup your account or
change your account information. The information includes (but not limited to)
your id, name, employer, position.
PowerCrew may use collected personal data for
purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, providing customer and technical
support, managing and providing Services (including managing advertisement
serving) and to further develop the Services and other PowerCrew
services and products. PowerCrew may combine
non-personal data with personal data. But unless the Law forces us, we will not
share any personal data with any unaffiliated third party for any purpose…ever.
The personal data and information includes:

Firebase
Firebase is an
analytics service provided by Google, which helps us understand our audience
best, analyze, customize and improve our Application for You.
With the Firebase help we can collect and analyze the following information
regarding Your activity on our Application:

Users’ in-app

We also use Firebase
Remote Config feature to track and analyze our
Application users behavior, for instance, how they react to changes of the App
structure, text or any other component. Firebase Remote Config
is an A/B testing and configuration service provided by Google, which also
enables us to tailor the content that our Application users see.

Disclosure and Transfer
of Personal Data
PowerCrew collects and processes personal data on a
voluntary basis and it is not in the business of selling your personal data to
third parties. Personal data may, however, occasionally be disclosed in
accordance with applicable legislation and this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your personal data to third parties as required by law
enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation
of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is
illegal or may expose you or PowerCrew to legal
liability.
We may also disclose your personal data to third parties when We have a reason
to believe that a disclosure is necessary to address potential or actual injury
or interference with PowerCrew's rights, property,
operations, users or others who may be harmed or may suffer loss or damage, or
We believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect PowerCrew's
rights, combat fraud and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or
legal process served on PowerCrew. To the extent
permitted by applicable law, We will make reasonable
efforts to notify you of such disclosure through PowerCrew's
website or in another reasonable manner.
Besides, if PowerCrew becomes involved in a merger,
acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide
notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a
different privacy policy.

We may
anonymize or aggregate data collected through the Service and use and disclose
it for any purpose.

PowerCrew follows generally accepted industry standards and
maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and
privacy of the information in PowerCrew's possession.
We have security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural
measures) to help safeguard Your Personal Information from unauthorized access
and disclosure.
Only those persons with a need to
process your personal data in connection with the fulfillment of their tasks in
accordance with the purposes of this Privacy Policy and for the purposes of
performing technical maintenance, have access to your personal data in PowerCrew's possession.
Personal data collected by PowerCrew is stored in secure operating environments that
are not available to the public. However we cannot ensure or guarantee that
loss, misuse or alteration of information will never occur, no system can be
100% secure and there is the possibility that despite PowerCrew's
team makes all reasonable efforts to prevent it, there could be unauthorized
access to your personal data. However, You should bear in mind that submission of information over
the internet is never entirely secure.
By using the Services, you assume this risk.
Links to Other Services
The Service
is essentially based on retrieving data from third-party website via links
directing You away from our Service to access other
websites that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. These third-party
websites may independently solicit and collect information, including Personal
Information, from You and, in some instances, provide
us with information about Your activities on those websites. We recommend that You consult the privacy statements of all third-party
websites You visit by clicking on the “privacy” link typically located at the
bottom of the webpage You are visiting.
Legal Basis for Data
Processing
We process
Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as described
above. Our legal basis to process personal data includes processing that is:
necessary for the performance of the contract with you (for example, to provide
you with the services you request and to identify and authenticate you so you
may use the Sites); necessary to comply with legal requirements (for example,
to comply with applicable accounting rules and to make mandatory disclosures to
law enforcement); necessary for our legitimate interests (for example, to manage
our relationship with you, to ensure the security of our services, to
communicate with you about our products and services); and based on consent by

International Transfers

that our business is global, so when You provide
Personal Information through our Service, the information may be sent to
servers located in different countries around the world, including to countries
such as the People's Republic of China or Singapore.
If You reside in the European
Economic Area or in the USA, please note that we take all adequate security
measures to provide suitable safeguards due to data transfer to third
countries. In the case where we require a sub-processors located in such
countries, the sub-processors will also be bound by respective data transfer
agreements between them and us to provide all available legal security measures
in regard to data privacy. Should You have questions concerning data transfer

applicable law, we may charge for this service and will respond to reasonable
requests as soon as practicable, and in any event, within the time limits
prescribed by law.
We will
retain Your information for as long as the Application
is installed on Your mobile device or as needed to provide You with our
Service. If You remove the Application, we will remove
Your information and use copies of Your information as necessary to comply with
our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
This Service
does not address anyone under the age of 16(or equivalent age
considered to be a minor in your country of residence). We
do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children
under 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal
Information, we shall take steps to delete such information and terminate the
child’s account, if any.
We will request you to terminate the Service by deleting the App and all data.
Other
Please be
aware of the open nature of certain social networking and other open features
of the Services PowerCrew may make available to you.
You may choose to disclose data about yourself in the course of contributing
user generated content to the Services. Any data that you disclose in any of
these forums, blogs, chats or the like is public information, and there is no
expectation of privacy or confidentiality. We are not responsible for any
personal data you choose to make public in any of these forums.
PowerCrew may store and/or transfer your personal
data to its affiliates and partners in and outside of EU/EEA member states and
the United States in accordance with mandatory legislation and this Privacy
Policy. We may disclose your personal data to third parties in connection with
a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all
of PowerCrew's stock and/or assets or other corporate
change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence
process provided, however, that this Privacy Policy shall continue to govern
such personal data.
We regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. If We receive a formal written complaint from you, it is PowerCrew's team policy to attempt to contact you directly
to address any of your concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate
governmental authorities, including data protection authorities, to resolve any
complaints regarding the collection, use, transfer or disclosure of personal
data that cannot be amicably resolved between you and PowerCrew.
Your Rights
Subject to
limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the

rectification, erasure and portability of your own Personal Data.
Where the use of your information is based on consent,
you can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of
processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you are aware of changes or inaccuracies in your
information, you should inform us of such changes so that our records may be updated
or corrected. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you
consider that our processing of your Personal Data infringes applicable law.
We retain your Personal Data as long as needed to
provide services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable
laws, such as tax and accounting laws.
